| Description: | We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Hydrovac Swamper to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting hydrovac operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Hydrovac Operators with excavation and equipment operation
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Support setup, operation, and cleanup of job sites
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic testing
Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends as needed
Ability to travel to various job locations, including extended stays away from home
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work efficiently in all weather conditions
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Strong communication skills and ability to understand instructions clearly
Base pay $18 per hr, potential increase based on experience.
