The University of Wyoming Athletics Department announced Friday that EnCana USA will serve as the title sponsor for this year's two-hour pre-game special which will air across Wyoming on the 24-station Cowboy Sports Network. EnCana USA is a natural gas exploration and production company with offices in Pinedale and Denver. The EnCana USA Pre-Game Bowl Report will kickoff at 5:45 p.m. MST on Thursday, December 23rd. It will be followed by the 2004 edition of the Pioneer PureVision Las Vegas Bowl featuring the Wyoming Cowboys against the UCLA Bruins from the PAC-10 Conference.

In conjunction with their sponsorship of this event, EnCana USA has also donated $2500 worth of bowl game tickets to the University's Cowboys for Kids program. Children participating in this program will be involved with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs and other child enrichment programs. The Wyoming Athletics Department has agreed to match EnCana USA's contribution on a ticket-for-ticket basis providing 100 children with an opportunity to see this game.
