Sechrist resigns from Tourism Board & Chamber

At the regular meeting of the Sublette County Joint Tourism Promotion Board on Tuesday night in Big Piney, Kathy Sechrist submitted a letter of resignation as Director of the Tourism Board. She told the Board she was also resigning from her position as Director of the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce. The resignation is effective April 15th. Kathy, and her husband Eric, have accepted a position to be the General Managers of the new AmeriHost motel currently under construction on the west end of Pinedale. The new 3-story motel will bring 83 more rooms to the area, and is slated to open in June or July. "We’ve accomplished a lot and I’m very proud of what we’ve done," Kathy said on Thursday.
