A federal judge in Cheyenne rejected Wyoming’s lawsuit against the federal government over its decision to reject Wyoming’s state plan for wolf management. The judge denied Wyoming’s claims that the federal government violated the Endangered Species Act when they rejected Wyoming’s management plan. The judge ruled against Wyoming on all three counts of their suit. Wyoming Attorney General Pat Crank is reviewing options for the state for their next step and is expected to reach a final decision next week.
