Burglars caught in 3 Pinedale break-ins
October 5, 2005
Three Pinedale businesses were broken into during the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 4th, according to the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office. The Wrangler Café, Café on Pine and A to Z Hardware were all burglarized. All three businesses are within one block of each other on Pine Street on the west end of Pinedale.
Sheriff’s deputies collected evidence at the scenes and obtained a possible lead on two possible suspects. The individuals were later located in Pinedale and questioned about the burglaries. Evidence collected from the three crime scenes places the two individuals at all three burglaries. Both individuals admitted to committing the break-ins and told deputies where they had stashed the items taken. All of the stolen property, with the exception of some cash, was recovered. No name information was given identifying the burglars or where they were from.
