Museum of the Mountain Man The Museum has displays about the fur trade era of the early 1800s in the Green River Valley.

Here are dates for upcoming events for the Museum of the Mountain Man in Pinedale:

Dec. 14, 2005: Early-Bird book signing for the new Pinedale book “Pinedale, Wyoming: A Centennial History” by Ann Noble Rendezvous Pointe, 1-3 pm.
Dec. 15, 2005: Book signing for the new Pinedale book Museum of the Mountain Man from 5-8 pm. Book signing and reception.
March 9, 2006: "Spring Fling" annual meeting
May 1-Sept 30, 2006: Museum open for summer season, daily 9 am-5 pm.
May 16-18, 2006: Living History Days with the American Mountain Men. Southwest Wyoming students visit with the AMM and participate in living history demonstrations at the Museum. Open to the public.
June 3, 2006: Sublette County Day. Free admission to the Museum for Sublette County residents.
July 6-9, 2006: Green River Rendezvous Days. Educational programs and symposia by Fred Gowans, PhD and Gage Skinner; Plains Indian Encampment with Michael Terry; Children’s programs with Lapita Frewin; AMM Camp; Buffalo Burgers and more.
Dec. 1, 2006: 13th annual Wreath & Chocolate Auction.

Green River Rendezvous (July 6-9, 2006)
