The Town of Pinedale Planning & Zoning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Monday, February 6, to discuss the proposed zoning ordinance change to create a R2H District.

The new zone district would allow for single family residential use and multifamily use not to exceed two dwelling units, plus accessory public and semi-public uses offering service to the surrounding area.

The P&Z board will also discuss amending the Pinedale Zoning Map to amend the zoning classification of all lands located within the Town limits which are located east of the east boundary of Jackson Street, and which are presently zoned R-2, to the R2H zone district.
