The public is invited to a town meeting on Thursday, July 6, at the Marbleton Senior Center to learn more about a proposed new neighborhood in Marbleton. The project, by Cheyenne developer Kevin Keller of IGC Development, would add 100 new homes to the community. The meeting starts at 6:30 pm. Refreshments will be provided.

The project, Valley View Estates, would build “twin homes” of approximately 1,475 square feet of living space on each side. Each home has 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms. Each includes a complete appliance package, 2-car garage, all floor and window coverings, front yard landscaping and low-maintenance yard fencing.
