Gov. Dave Freudenthal is adding his voice to the growing chorus of support for locating a Job Corps training center in Wyoming.

The Fremont County Board of Cooperative Educational Services has proposed putting a Job Corps center near the Riverton airport. Noting that recent federal legislation urged the US Department of Labor to locate new facilities in Wyoming and New Hampshire, the only two states without Job Corps training centers, Freudenthal said employers and workers both stand to benefit.
