Lightning ignited four fires Monday in Sublette County on the Bridger-Teton National Forest. All of the fires are located near Bondurant, Wyoming. There are no structures threatened by any of these fires and the Forest has not closed any roads or trails on the Big Piney Ranger District because of the suppression efforts. Currently, all of the fires have been contained.

The Canyon Fire has been contained by the firefighters at one-tenth of an acre. The Jenny Fire and the Jack Creek fire were contained Monday, each only burning one-tenth
of an acre in two spots on the east side of Highway 189/191. The Wertz fire is contained at one-third of an acre, east of the Hoback Guard Station. Firefighters are continuing to work on all four of these fires in an effort to extinguish them completely.
