Local photographer, Pam McCulloch, took this picture of a mature bald eagle soaring above the Upper Green River Valley last weekend. They were surprised to find that the road to Green River Lakes is still driveable by vehicle all the way to the lakes. Winter snows will shut down access soon, turning this road into a snowmachine trail, part of the Continental Divide Snowmobile Trail. Wildlife is often seen along this road at any time of the year.
