Hand Stamps
One of the best things about coming to see Miss Nancy is the hand stamps at the end (only if you have been good).

Miss Nancy doesn’t just read to the children, she really interacts with them.

New Moms: Make new friends at the Library
Children’s programs are great for kids & Moms
by Pam McCulloch, Pinedale Online!

Are you a new mom in town looking to meet other moms in Pinedale? The first place to start is at the Sublette County Library.
Nancy McDaniel, or Miss Nancy is what the children call her, has seen many long-lasting friendships start at story time at the library. Every Tuesday at 10 am is Toddler time and every Thursday at 10 am is story time for preschoolers.
Not only is it a great time for the children, moms can visit with other moms that have children the same age. It is a great time to find out about play groups and other activities for the children. Miss Nancy reads to the children and has other activities like special songs or a craft. Sometimes there is even a “special guest”. You may show up one week and find reptiles, a musician, or even a real Indian. There are even plans to expand the children’s area of the library in Pinedale.
The Big Piney branch of the Sublette County Library also has Toddler story time for preschoolers and After-School story time for grades K-5 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Moms, if you need to get out of the house to avoid cabin fever, bundle the kids up and come to the Sublette County Library.
