A group of local citizens, spearheaded by Sublette County citizen Cindy Van, will take place in the Public Library in Pinedale Monday night, February 19, to discuss constructive ideas to improve the health care situation in Sublette County.
Cindy pointed out to KPIN radio that Sublette County is the only county in Wyoming without a hospital, and she stated that one of the goals of Monday's meeting is to "Identify one or two things that the (health care) board can do to demonstrate to the public what they are doing".
The meeting is open to the public, and Cindy expects that in addition to the general public, local newspaper reporters will attend, and also several of those involved in our health care system will attend.
The meeting will start out in a "round robin" format, allowing those in attendance to voice their concerns and constructive proposals to the group. Cindy stated that "How do we get there" is the main goal of the meeting.
The meeting will start at 6:00 PM, in the Lovatt Room of the public library in Pinedale.
