The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will be holding a series of public meetings and hearings in April to receive comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Pinedale Resource Management Plan (RMP) for public lands administered by the Pinedale Field Office in Pinedale, Wyoming. The Draft EIS for the Pinedale RMP was released in February, 2007.

All meetings will consist of an open house-style public meeting from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, then a formal public hearing from 6:00 pm to last comment.

Direct access to the draft RMP/EIS and other information concerning the draft document, are available on the Pinedale RMP website: www.blm.gov/rmp/wy/pinedale. Copies of the draft RMP/EIS can be obtained at the BLM’s Pinedale Field Office (307-367-5300) or at the BLM Wyoming State Office (307-775-6256).
