District Interschool Music Clinic
Pinedale Middle School Musicians attend

On Saturday, March 17th, twenty five Pinedale Middle School musicians traveled to Cokeville to perform in the Wyoming Southwest District Middle School Interschool Music Clinic. They were selected from nine school music programs in the area by the recommendations of their school band directors and choir directors.
After practicing together all day, they performed a concert for the public in the Cokeville School Auditorium.
The director of the 97-member honor band was Diane Soelberg. Ms. Soelberg is on the music faculty at BYU-Idaho.
Lindsey Snarr was the director of the 100-voice honor choir this Spring. Ms. Snarr is currently the Director of Choirs at Northridge High School in Utah and is a member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
Middle schools participating were Evanston Davis, Evanston Middle, Lyman, Mt. View, Kemmerer, Cokeville, Afton, Big Piney and Pinedale.
Students in the honor choir from Pinedale were: Kristy Brandewie, Hattie Benton, Sadie Meeks, Madison Dugan, Sierra Cunningham, Adreanna Strasser, Shane Adams, Tomara Conrad, Skye Anderson, Nick Gay, Emily Sikorski, Ryan Rohlfs and Kiera Peterson.
The Pinedale students in the honor band were Sami McCarty, Elisa Lowham, Ashlee Anderson, Bekah Knapp, Lisanne Fear, Nicole Parker, Ethan Wolaver, Connor Kingsbury, Spencer Bernard, John Cooney, Sessions Lowham and Zak McGinnis. These students are under the direction of Gena Anderson – choir and R. Craig Sheppard – Band.
