Governor Freudenthal signed four bills this legislative session aimed at making Wyoming less attractive for convicted sex offenders.

The bills would:

* Punish people who harbor unregistered sex offenders. (SF36/SEA7)

* Mandate a life sentence on a second conviction for certain molestation crimes.

* Toughen penalties for incest. (HB19/HEA8)

* Require all sex offenders, regardless of their assessed risk of re-offending, to be listed on a public Internet database. (HB120/HEA113)
