The Town of Pinedale has lifted the winter frozen ground “No Digging” restriction, as of April 15th.

In addition, the Town is now requiring a digging permit fee and a performance bond for anyone who wants to dig in the Town’s street and alley right of ways. The new fee is in accordance with Ordinance No. 2007-401, Chapter 13.09. The bond will serve as a guarantee before digging is allowed.
