Parties unable to reach an agreement; her contract ends May 17th

Editor's Note: The Sublette County Rural Health Care District issued the following media release about the termination of Dr. Judy Boyle’s contract at the Pinedale Medical Clinic: ___________________________________ MEDIA RELEASE, May 10, 2007
"The Sublette County Rural Health Care District (SCRHCD) has been in active contract negotiations with Dr. Judith Boyle, and her attorney, for over a year. During that time, each party, on multiple occasions, rejected the other's offer. Most recently, Dr. Boyle was offered a compensation package, contract duration, and other considerations, which are completely consistent with the other medical providers in the county, and they, too, were rejected.
The District and Dr. Boyle could not come to a mutually-satisfactory resolution regarding her contract. As a result, Dr. Boyle's employment with the District will end as of May 17th, 2007. This should not be misunderstood as the District "firing" Dr. Boyle; but rather, that her employment was not extended past that date. SCRHCD thanks Dr. Boyle for her years of service to the citizens of Sublette County, and wishes her well in her future endeavors." ___________________________________ For more information, contact the Sublette County Rural Health Care District, Randy Johnson, Director, Sublette County Rural Health Care District, (307) 367-2099.
