Climb Wyoming graduates two local women
Our Families Our Future program
July 10, 2007
Two local women recently graduated from the Climb Wyoming program in Sublette County. Stephanie Millison, of Big Piney, and Tracy Henderson, of Pinedale, successfully completed the 6-week long CDL Truck Driving Training program and an 8-week long work experience commitment. They are presently employed by R.S. Bennett Construction and Waller’s Trucking Company.
The CLIMB Wyoming Programs of Our Families Our Families Our Future is a Wyoming non-profit organization. They train and place low-income single mothers in careers that successfully support their families.
The Sublette County Climb Wyoming program is still looking for participants into the program. Another session of the program will be held next winter. The training will result in commercial driver’s licenses for participants. “There is a big demand for truck drivers in Sublette County,” said Sublette County CLIMB Director Nancy Espenscheid. “Ladies, come get your CDL and earn a higher wage!”
