New LaBarge Elementary School seeks subcontractors

Sublette County School District #9 and Groathouse Construction, Inc, are advertising a request for pre-qualified subcontractor bids for work on the new LaBarge Elementary School in LaBarge, Wyoming (20 miles south of Big Piney).
Subcontractors who are interested may fax bids to 307-276-3731 until 2:00 PM MT on August 28, 2007. Sealed bids will be accepted at Sublette County School District #9 office, located at 115 South Nichols Street in Big Piney, until 3:00 PM MT on August 28, 2007.
All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on August 28 at 3:00 PM. Five percent preference will be given to subcontractors, supplies, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the State. All prospective subcontractors must be pre-qualified.
Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors must provide 5 percent Bid Bond. Successful Mechanical and Electrical bidders must provide 100 percent Payment & Performance Bonds.
