Pat Crank resigns as WY Attorney General
To go to private law practice in Cheyenne

Wyoming Attorney General Pat Crank announced today (Thursday, August 2) that he is resigning from his post as of September 1, 2007. He intends to enter private practice with Cheyenne attorneys Jack Speight and Bob McCue as a partner in the law firm of Speight, McCue, and Crank, P.C.
Crank has been in public service with the District Attorney’s Office in Casper, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the state of Wyoming for more than 20 years. Governor Freudenthal will announce the appointment of Crank’s successor next week.
