Thank You Picnic There were hamburgers and plenty of desserts and sides. Members of the community brought their favorite dishes to share.

Pinedale Community Potluck and Picnic

Sunday afternoon the Community potluck and picnic was a great way for people to come together and thank the many volunteers that were involved in helping during the Pole Creek Fire in July. The picnic was held on the Rendezvous Pointe Senior Center out on the patio. Everyone brought food to share and the Lions Club grilled burgers. Everything was free, thanks to the many donations from the community.

Mindi Crabb Lion's Club Member, Mindi Crabb, gets a piece of her favorite, Rhubarb pie. Mindi is very active in the community. She also is the Director of the Sublette County Joint Tourism Promotion Board.	Picnic Goers The patio outside Rendezvous Pointe made a great place to have the picnic, giving people a place to relax and visit.	Garnett & Smith Joanne Garnett was evacuated from her home during the Pole Creek Fire. She helped coordinate the picnic. Pictured here visiting with Pinedale Mayor, Steve Smith, and his son.
Fire Wise The Forest Service set up a table with information on how to make your house safe from fires. The kids loaded up on Smokey the Bear activity books, bracelets, antenna toppers and stickers.	Thank You to Employers The firemen (and women) and EMS wouldn't be able to do their job if their employers didn't allow them time to volunteer.	Wil Gay Pinedale EMS Supervisor, Wil Gay, visits with area fire fighters.
Pinedale Fire Chief Alvin Mitchell Pinedale Fire Chief, Alvin Mitchell, enjoys lunch with his family.	Bottom's Up Brewery Bottom's Up Brewery was on hand to serve up their specialty beer on tap.
