The Pinedale Fine Arts Council presented Hubbard Street 2 Wednesday, October 11. Hubbard Street 2 is the second company of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. The company consist of Stary Aung, Kira Rae Blazek, Jason Hortin, Hogan McLaughlin, Phillip John Orsano, Ty Gorin Parmenter, Nefertiti Thomas, and apprentice, Tiffany Vann. The Artistic Director was Jim Vincent and Executive Director, Jason D. Palmquist.
The Hubbard Street 2 is a company of dancers between the ages of 17 and 25 who perform a repertoire of works done by some of the nation’s most promising choreographers. Wednesday evening they used dance, expression, music and lighting to perform six high energy dances.
