Watch for Wildlife on Roads

Drivers are cautioned to be on the alert for big game (deer, antelope and moose) on the roads and right-of-ways now. Animals are on the move working their way back down the valley. They are out in large numbers at dusk and dawn, and feeding along the sides of the highways at night.
Deer, moose and antelope can can be just about anywhere in our area of Wyoming, but places we believe drivers need to be especially alert include the stretch of highway between the Cora Y-Hwy 352 junction and Daniel on US 191 and on US 189 between Daniel Junction to several miles south of Daniel.
