Moondance Diner update
Famous New York eatery finds new home in LaBarge, Wyoming
November 10, 2007
Plans to open the Moondance Diner, the famous diner which was moved from New York to LaBarge last August, have been pushed back until next spring due to unforeseen delays in the financing process. In the meantime, owners Cheryl and Vince Pierce have decided to open a catering business to tide things over between now and next year when construction can begin in earnest. The catering business will be called “Moonlight Catering” (correction: not Moondance Catering as we reported earlier).
The new website for the Moondance Diner has launched and includes a blog feature with regular updates by Cheryl Pierce. www.HistoricMoondanceDiner.com
They also have their logo done now. For those who know the family, the cowboy in the logo is Cheryl's father, Kent Profit, with his roping horse, Leo, in the background.
