Moving the Pinedale Roundup
Newspaper moving into the Summit Building in Pinedale
November 29, 2007
Mike Fitzgerald, Editor of the Pinedale Roundup newspaper, was busy with his staff on Thursday moving into their new office in the Summit Building in Pinedale.
The lease was ending on their old building on South Tyler Avenue, so the company decided to find a new location that was on the first floor somewhere for easier access for customers.
The new location is where the old Huckleberry Fabrics shop was located, on the northeast end of the building. Coincidentally, it is now located just down the hallway from their sister company, the Sublette Examiner newspaper.
There are reportedly no plans to merge the two newspapers. Both will continue to operate independently of each other.
Both papers are owned by the same parent company, News Media Corporation, which owns 71 titles in 9 states, including 12 in Wyoming.
The Pinedale Roundup office will be open for business as usual on Friday, November 30th.
