Speakers will focus on sage grouse communities and habitats

As a part of the Brown Bag Seminar concept, the University of Wyoming Renewable Resources Department will come to Pinedale on Friday, January 11th, for a series of presentations focusing on sage grouse communities and habitats. The seminars will be held in the Rendezvous Room of the BLM/NRCS Building, 1625 West Pine. The presentations will start at 1:00 p.m. and run through 5:00 p.m.

Ginger Paige: Ecological site descriptions Jeff Beck: Overview of grazing and sage grouse habitat Matt Holleran: Sage grouse and monitoring Pete Stahl: Some lessons learned from mining reclamation Mary Williams: Linking avian habitat to ecological sites Alex Latchininsky: Rangeland insects
