Great Time in Pinedale
Visitor Comment

Editor’s Note: We recently received this e-mail note from a Boston, Massachusetts couple who visited Pinedale:
“My wife and I visited Wyoming in August. We stayed just outside the east entrance of Yellowstone park for 3 nights. We left about 9:00 am left thinking we would get a place to stay just south of the Tetons, we were mistaken! Jackson Hole was booked solid. We drove and drove(we are from just north of Boston and when something is “far” away its usually 10 – 15 min.) checking every motel we could find, the first availability was at the Amerihost Hotel about 9:00 pm. We got up the next morning, had breakfast at a great little diner. A regular at the diner, a man around 70 years old, realized we were visitors passing through and found us a book on the history of Pinedale. He’s a native of Pinedale. We immediately fell in love with the people and the town. We’re not accustomed to the genuine friendliness and courtesy. We ended up spending the day in your western shops and restaurants. It ended up being one of the best days of our trip. Thank you for your hospitality!” - Bill and Sylvia M., Boston, Massachusetts
