Since wolves were delisted on March 28, here’s the numbers:

Idaho (17)
From March 28 through April 24, Idaho officials recorded 17 wolf mortalities: nine kills authorized in livestock depredations, two illegal takes, three killed under state law, two vehicle collisions, and one natural death.

Montana (4)
One wolf was killed by rancher and three more in control efforts conducted pursuant to Montana’s management plan.

Wyoming (13)
Wyoming reports 13 wolves killed during the same time period, with five animals killed in response to livestock conflicts, and eight taken by hunters.
