Lion, Wolf, Trapping, Licenses meetings in June

Mountain lion seasons, trapping and a new regulation for wolf hunting seasons will be discussed at public information gathering meetings across Wyoming the second week of June. The meetings will also include discussion on regulations governing hunter safety, taxidermists and license issuance and interstate game tags. The meetings will be held at the following locations at 7 p.m. with the exception of the Sheridan meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. June 9: Green River, WWCC, Green River Center, JWP Room June 9: Laramie, Albany County Library June 10: Lander, Lander Community Center June 10: Pinedale, Pinedale Library June 11: Jackson, Antler Inn June 11: Sheridan, Sheridan College, C-tel Room June 12: Casper, Casper G&F Office June 12: Cody, Holiday Inn Written Comments will be accepted through 5 p.m. July 3 by mailing WGFD, Attn: Regulations, 3030 Energy Lane, Casper, WY 82604. Copies of the proposed regulations are available by contacting the same address. All comments will be presented to the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission prior to their July 30-Aug. 1, public hearing in Dubois. The Game and Fish supports the Americans with Disabilities Act.
