Six candidates competed for the two open Town Council positions. Total of 231 votes cast.
Nylla Kunard - 103 (seeking re-election)
David M. Smith - 93
Gary Heuck - 82 (seeking re-election)
Janet Bellis - 67
Delores Christensen - 55
John Fogerty - 42

Editor's Note: By comparison, there were 352 voters in the 2006 Town of Pinedale Municipal elections. In that election, David M. Smith received 184 votes, the highest number cast. His election was later overturned in a court challenge due to the technicality that he was not a registered voter at the time he submitted his paperwork for candidacy. He was registered by the time of the elections.
