June 19, 2008
We got a chuckle out of the June 19 LA Times article on the lawsuit by the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership against the Department of Interior and the Bureau of Land Management for their management of natural gas development on the Pinedale Anticline. *(Hint: The “deer” is actually a pronghorn, commonly called antelope, standing in front of a natural gas rig, not an oil derrick.)
