The Town of Pinedale issued a reminder about building permits in town.

Building Permits are required for all commercial and residential improvements or construction $5,000 or more in value. Complete application must be submitted thirty (30) working days prior to the public hearing.

Excavation in Town right-of-ways (for example street and alley ways) require an excavation permit and security before proceeding with the work.
