Where are the Winds?

Thunderstorms and strong winds mixed dust and smoke from fires in the West to obscure the visibility of the mountains from the Upper Green River Valley. This was the view from the Pinedale webcam on Thursday afternoon. Normally the snow-covered Wind River Mountains would be visible in the distance.
