Palin not coming to Wyoming, Cindy McCain will attend

Although initial plans had Republican Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin slated to attend a fundraising event in Teton County next week, those plans have now changed.
According to Sarah Few with the McCain Palin Victory 2008 campaign: "Governor Palin will now be in New York during the United Nations General Assembly next week to meet with Senator McCain and other leaders, and will be unable to join us in Wilson, WY on the 24th. (All of Governor Palin’s fundraising events next week have been cancelled.) But we are extremely excited to announce that Mrs. Cindy McCain will attend in her place. Cindy McCain is so grateful for your support of her husband and Governor Palin, and she looks forward to meeting you."
