Game and Fish Commission to meet in Jackson Nov. 17-18

The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission will meet Monday and Tuesday, November 17-18, at the Antler Inn in Jackson.
Discussions on cutthroat trout restoration efforts, wolf management positions, and fish passage are on the agenda. The commission will also discuss proposed fishing regulation change and regulations governing sage grouse raised on private bird farms.
If time permits, the Commissioners will be given a tour and discussion in two areas in the Jackson Region on Tuesday, Nov. 18. The tour will begin at the Antler Inn, 43 West Pearl Street, Jackson, Wyo. Possible destinations are on Curtis Canyon Road (to overlook the Snake River corridor, Grand Teton National Park and National Elk Refuge) and the South Park feedground. This is an open session. Members of the public and media are welcome to follow the commissioners and staff along the route, and are advised to bring food and water.
