Sublette County Clerk Mary Lankford and Deputy Clerk Tracey Hoover will be conducting a recount of the votes cast for the House 22 race at 8 a.m. Thursday, November 6, 2008, in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Sublette County Courthouse in Pinedale.

According to Lankford: "We have seven precincts to recount, with approximately 3,200 ballots. I expect the process to take a couple of hours. This process will be open to the public."

Unofficial election results for the district, which includes portions of three counties (Sublette, Teton and Lincoln) had Democrat Jim Roscoe winning the election by four votes, over Republican Charles Stough.
