Sublette County Systems of Care will be having an organizational meeting and working lunch on Wednesday, December 3, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sublette County Library in Pinedale. The purpose is to identify unmet needs, eliminate overlap, and coordinate services to Sublette County.
Tentative Agenda:
1. Creation of Mission Statement
2. Creation of Code of Conduct
3. Survey Completion
A. With regard to Human Services, what do you see as unmet needs in Sublette County?
B. What are the top 3-5 services you provide in Sublette County?
C. Profit, non-profit, or government?
