Business Council provides Denver Stock Show space to Wyoming cattlemen
by Wyoming Business Council
December 9, 2008
The Wyoming Business Council invites Wyoming seedstock producers to display genetics and other cattle information at its booth at the102nd National Western Stock Show in Denver, Jan. 10-25, 2009.
Producers may provide ranch brochures or catalogs with information on Wyoming cattle for the booth. Materials must be received by the Business Council by Jan. 1, 2009. There is no cost to display ranch materials.
"We have a great location in the livestock center, with a lot of traffic passing by our space," said Scott Keith, Livestock and Forage program manager at the Business Council. "This gives producers who aren’t able to attend the show an opportunity to get some exposure."
Interested ranchers should provide at least 20 copies of each piece of literature for display, and should not exceed 50 copies of each. Materials may not be larger than standard letter-sized paper (8.5x11 inches). Giveaways or other ranch merchandise for the booth is discouraged since the booth is not manned throughout the week.
This is the fourth year the Business Council has offered booth space to producers at the National Western Stock Show. For more information or to discuss display options, please contact Scott Keith at 307.237.4696 or scott.keith@wybusiness.org.
