Jim Malkowski receives prestigious school board awards

School Board member, Jim Malkowski, was awarded two highly prestigious awards at the annual Wyoming School Boards Association Conference in Casper. Jim was named as "School Board Member of the Year" by the Wyoming School Boards Association and was honored at a banquet during the annual conference on November 20th. Jim was also recognized for his attainment as a "Certified Senior Master Board Member - Level III Award" presented by the Board of Directors of the WSBA for attaining the highest level of school board leadership training.
Jim Malkowski has been a member of the Board of Trustees for Sublette County School District #1, Pinedale, for the past 17 years. He has served in the capacity of Board Chairman and Treasurer. Jim also serves on the Board of Directors of on the Wyoming School Boards Association and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wyoming High School Activities Association. Jim also serves as Board Chair for the Sublette BOCES and for the Pinedale Aquatic Center Joint-Powers Board of Directors.
Jim and wife, Kay, live in Daniel and have two graduated sons, Morgan and Matthew.
