Over 450 of Wyoming’s best high school music students will meet in Casper on January 18-20, 2009 for the 2009 Wyoming All-State Band, Orchestra, and Choir Clinic. Natrona County High School will host all of the clinic rehearsals.

The All-State Clinic is held in conjunction with the Wyoming Music Educator’s Association’s conference. The Wyoming High School Activities Association, together with the Wyoming Music Educator’s Association, sponsors this annual event. The All-State Gala Concert will be presented on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, beginning at 7PM at the Casper Events Center.

The four students from Pinedale participating will be Kathryn Konicek (choir), Elise Sterck (band), Ashley Transtrum (band) and Thomas Dirks (orchestra). Thomas and Ashley will be honored the night of the concert for making All-State all four years of high school. This is an accomplishment not duplicated by many.
