Wells Fargo defends, then cancels Vegas junket

Yahoo! Finance posted an article about Wells Fargo & Co’s plan to send company executives on a 12-night "conference" to a Las Vegas casino, an all-expenses-paid trip for company top employees and guests. The trip was abruptly cancelled after word got out and investigators and outraged lawmakers scorned the bank for misusing taxpayer money. Four months ago Wells Fargo took $25 billion in bailout money.
