I80 Eastbound lanes closed to Nebraska Stateline

(Rock Springs) – Interstate 80 eastbound lanes to the Nebraska stateline are closed due to weather conditions east of Rawlins. Roads are not expected to reopen before Sunday morning.
An emergency shelter for travelers has been established at the Sweetwater County Events Complex. Please take exit 104, Elk Street in Rock Springs and head north for approximately one mile. Make a left turn at Yellowstone Road and follow the indicators to the Sweetwater Events Complex.
