Pinedale Elementary School Kindergarten screening April 20-21

Pinedale Elementary School will hold Kindergarten screening on April 20 and 21 for all five-year old students entering Kindergarten for the 2009-2010 school. This screening is approximately 30 minutes.
Screening will be:
Monday, April 20, 2009 from 7:30 AM – 12:00 Noon and 1:00 – 4:30 PM.
Tuesday, April 21, 2009 from 7:30 AM to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 – 3:00 PM.
Please bring the following:
Student to be enrolled
Immunization Records
Birth Certificate
Social Security card of student, if available
Any applicable custody or guardianship papers.
