Rocky Mountain Wash expands facilities

Rocky Mountain Wash in Pinedale has acquired the adjacent property from Heritage Propane and has begun the first phase of an expansion and improvement project.
This expansion will include an automatic carwash, self-serve bay, office/mechanical room, and WashCard system.
The new touchless automatic will have sizing capabilities that will accommodate small cars to 1 ton "dually" trucks and crew cab longbed trucks. The new equipment features; dryers, rain shield, tri-foam conditioner, rocker blasters, wheel cleaner, and under carriage spray.
Customers will be able to use credit cards in the self-serve bays and at the vacuums. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and WashCard will be accepted. All new and existing self serve bays will get upgraded with a tire and wheel scrubber feature. The new self-serve bay with 14’ of height clearance will accommodate diesel trucks and large equipment. This bay will also include an Air Shammy that customers can use in the bay to dry their vehicles.
WashCard will also be upgraded to a next generation system. Barcode readers will be converted to magstripe which has proven to be more reliable at other Rocky Mountain Wash facilities. Customers will still be able to use their cards at Rocky Mountain Wash facilities throughout Wyoming.
Anticipated opening of the wash expansion is July 1st 2009.
