Soda Lake Soda Lake is located a few miles north of Pinedale.

Soda Lake opened for fishing on May 10th. The ice is off the lake and there are only a couple small patches of snow in places on the banks. The road in is dry and the view of Fremont Peak and the Wind River Range is stunning with the white snow. We haven't heard any reports from anyone yet on how the fishing is. Leaves are starting to come out on shrubs and trees should start leafing out soon. Daytime temperatures have been in the 50s, nights in the 20-30s. Ticks are out.
