Walk from White Pine Resort to the American Legion Park in Pinedale

Everyone is invited to join in for the 1st Annual Suicide Awareness Walk on Sunday, June 21, 2009. Walk from White Pine Resort to the American Legion Park in Pinedale. Release a balloon in memory of loved ones lost to suicide, then enjoy a picnic and awareness fair. The event is organized by Garrett’s PALMS.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS 6:30 AM: Buses leave American Legion Park parking lot 7:00 AM: Breakfast at White Pine Resort. Rally & give out t-shirts 8:00 AM: Leave White Pine Resort 9:00 AM: Reach Half Moon Lake turnout 10:45AM: Reach Fremont Lake turnout 11:30 AM: Reach ball fields by Medical Clinic. Organize for rally through Pinedale. Noon: Walk through Pinedale 12:30 PM: Picnic at American Legion Park. 1:00 PM: Suicide Awareness Speaker 2:00 PM: Balloon release in memory of loved ones lost by suicide.
