Bluebird
June 4, 2009
"Bright blue Bluebirds are common in the Pinedale area. Most mountain Bluebirds leave the nesting grounds in September or October for their wintering grounds in the southwestern United States and Mexico, returning to the nesting grounds in March." - Dave Bell ___________________________ Editor's Note: We have been honored to have Dave share his great scenic photos on Pinedale Online since 2001. Not everyone can visit Wyoming or is physically able to hike in the rugged mountains of the wilderness area. Over the years, he has allowed people to see these places through the lens of his camera. As we posted his latest photo of this bluebird, we decided to go back through his photo archives and look again at his wildlife photos he has shared with all of us. It's quite a collection! Below are some of those images, with links to the archives in which they appear. Lastly, Dave’s first public showing of his photography just ended at Rendezvous Pointe, where he had 50 stunning photos on display for two weeks. Congratulations, Dave! - Dawn Ballou, Editor, Pinedale Online!
