Teton Interagency Fire, a cooperation between Grand Teton National Park and the Bridger-Teton National Forest, have raised the fire danger rating for lands managed by both agencies to HIGH. According to their joint website, http://gacc.nifc.gov/egbc/dispatch/wy-tdc/index.html (www.tetonfires.com), so far there have been 67 abandoned campfires on the Bridger-Teton National Forest this summer.

"Please make sure your campfire cold to the touch before leaving it," fire managers advise.

There are no fire restrictions in effect at this time.
