Science Daily reports that researchers are proposing "a major experiment" involving the reintroduction of wolves into a test site in the Scottish Highlands. The experiment would be conducted in attempt to control the red deer population. Although called red deer in Scotland, these animals are similar to Rocky Mountain elk.
